Breakdown of expenses
To be able to sustain the Pinocchio in the Gallery project, we ask for a small reimbursement of expenses, so that we can continue sharing this exhibition throughout Italy.
Delivery
Van rental for artwork transport: €100 per day
Promotional materials
We supply all the promotional materials you need, including flyers, digital invitations, and social media posts. For outdoor events, we also provide banners and promotional flags.
Insurance
All-risk insurance provided through our partner… (Price per week)
Setup and takedown
We handle both the installation and de-installation of the paintings for the exhibition.
Board and lodging costs
For exhibitions more than 100 km from Padua: meals and accommodation expenses, €150/day
Audio guide with multilingual recordings
We provide audio guides for the exhibition in French, English, and Spanish, accessible via QR code.
